The Passing Has Occurred of Anna Maria Power from Kimmage, Dublin & Goatstown, Dublin
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Anna Maria Power, of Kimmage and formerly of Goatstown, Dublin, who passed away peacefully on February 20th, 2025, following a brief illness. Anna Maria was lovingly cared for in her final days by the dedicated Palliative Care team at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, and the compassionate staff at Care Choice Nursing Home, Parnell Road.
She was the dearly beloved eldest daughter of Brigid (Pansy) and the late Joseph Power. Anna Maria will be fondly remembered as a cherished sister to Marie Therese (Kenny), Justine (O’Sullivan), Caroline (Lynch), and John, as well as a lifelong friend to Bridget (B) Cribbin. Her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of her heartbroken family, including her nephews and nieces Jamie, Tadgh, Ellie, Tommy, Rachel, Jack, Anna, Jane, and Ruth. She is also mourned by her brothers-in-law Johnny, Colm, and Noel, her cousins, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends, especially Susan and her childhood friend Mydie.
Anna Maria’s memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved her, and she will be deeply missed by those fortunate enough to have shared in her life.

Funeral Arrangements
Anna Maria will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road (D6W N279) on Sunday, February 23rd, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Anna Maria are welcome to pay their respects during this time.
The funeral will take place on Monday afternoon, February 24th, with a Mass at 1:30 pm at the Church of St. Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus. Following the Mass, Anna Maria will be cremated in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross (D6W HY98).
