The Passing has occurred of Clem Daly from Clonard Park, Wexford Town, Co. Wexford & Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clem Daly, formerly of Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, who passed away peacefully at his home in Clonard Park, Wexford Town. Clem was a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished grandfather, and a true friend to many.
A beloved husband to Penny, Clem was a pillar of strength and love within his family. He was a proud and caring father to his children Brendan, Francis, Niamh, Peadar, Paul, and Aisling, and a cherished brother to Paddy. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Caleb, Luke, Michael, Ariana, James, Oisín, Ethan, Aonghus, and Rua, as well as his daughters-in-law Anna and Nicole, sons-in-law Chris and Steve, and sisters-in-law Nora and Trish.
Clem’s kindness, wisdom, and warmth touched the lives of his nieces, nephews, extended family, dear neighbours, and many lifelong friends.
Clem will always be remembered for his kind heart, his generous spirit, and the love he shared with all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
Funeral Arrangements
Clem will be reposing at Macken’s Funeral Home, Distillery Road, Wexford (Y35 HP29) on Thursday, 13th February from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Removal will take place on Friday morning, 14th February, to The Church of the Annunciation, Clonard, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, followed by a Cremation Service at Macken’s Funeral Home at 11:30 AM.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, no flowers, please, but donations, if desired, may be made here to Wexford St. Vincent de Paul in Clem’s memory.
