The Passing Has Occurred of Eamon Rogan from Tooman, Mohill, Co. Leitrim
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eamon Rogan, who departed this life unexpectedly but peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. His sudden passing has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Eamon was a devoted husband to his heartbroken wife, Helen, a loving father to Adrian, Maria, and Edel, and a cherished grandfather to Maddison, Christian, Adam, Noah, and Myah. He was predeceased by his beloved son Damien, whom he now joins in eternal rest.
Eamon’s kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for his family will always be remembered. He was a supportive father-in-law to Shane and Barry and a beloved brother to his surviving brothers and sisters. His nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful neighbours, and dear friends will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Eamon was a man of great integrity, known for his generosity, strong spirit, and deep love for his home and community. His presence will be missed beyond words, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Funeral Arrangements
Eamon will be reposing at his home in Tooman, Mohill, Co. Leitrim on Thursday, 13th February, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. (Please note, a one-way traffic system will be in place from the Tooman side of the house – kindly follow the guidance of the stewards.)
His Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, 14th February, at 12:00 noon in St. Michael’s Church, Bornacoola, followed by his burial in Gortletteragh Cemetery.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, the house will remain strictly private outside of the specified hours.
