The passing has occurred of James (Jim) Cooke from Marley Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 and Kilmacow, Co. Kilkenny
Jim Cooke, who passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025, at St. James’s Hospital, was the beloved husband of the late Nuala and a devoted father to Sophie, Alison, Aoife, and Aengus.
He will be profoundly missed by his children, his adored grandchildren Daniel, Isobel, Cillian, Hannah, and Enda, his sister Phyllis, his brother Senan, his son-in-law Rory, and his extended family. Jim will also be fondly remembered by his many neighbours and friends.
Jim’s legacy of love, kindness, and support will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Funeral Arrangements
Jim will repose at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, 6 Cranford Centre, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, D04 X446, on Wednesday evening, February 5, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Funeral and Cremation Service will take place on Thursday, February 6, at 2:15 pm at the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome, Dublin 6W HY98.
