The passing has occurred of Mary Clancy from Drumcondra, Dublin. Formerly of Islandbawn, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mary Clancy, who passed away on the 17th of February 2025, in Carrigoran House Nursing Home, Dublin. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Andrew and Nora, and her dear brother Patrick. Mary will be deeply missed by her loving family, including her brothers Andrew (Addie), Michael, Dan, John, and Christy, and her devoted sister, Sister Juliana RSM.
Mary is also mourned by her sisters-in-law, May and Marie, along with her nieces Martha, Geraldine, Angela, and Kelly, her nephews Fergal and Gavin, as well as her nieces-in-law, nephews-in-law, grandnieces, grandnephews, and many other relatives and cherished friends.
Mary’s memory will be forever treasured by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral Arrangements
Mary will repose in St. Joseph’s Church, Miltown Malbay, on Friday, 21st February, from 6pm until 8pm, with prayers at 8pm. Her Funeral Mass will take place in St. Joseph’s Church on Saturday, 22nd February, at 12 noon, followed by burial in Ballard Cemetery.
