In Loving Memory of Patrick (Paddy) Harney from Old Tuam Road, Monksland, Athlone, Roscommon. Date of Death: January 15, 2025. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Patrick (Paddy) Harney, following an accident, on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Vera, his grandchild Emmet Claffey, and his niece Michelle, Paddy will be forever missed by his devoted wife Margaret, his cherished sons David and Neil, his beloved daughters Aoife (Claffey) and Aileen (Beaumont), his sons-in-law Damien and Ultan, and his daughter-in-law Siobháin.
Paddy was a proud and loving grandfather to Andrew, Georgia, Eoin, Keelin, and Patrick. He is also deeply mourned by his brothers Frank, John, and Michael, his sister Mary, his extended family including sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, work colleagues, neighbours, and many dear friends.
May Paddy Rest in Peace.
Reposing / Funeral Arrangements:
Sunday, January 19, 2025: Reposing at his residence (N37 VH28) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, January 20, 2025: Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. in SS Peter and Paul’s Church, followed by burial in Drum Cemetery.
