It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Pauline Solon of La Touche Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, on March 26th, 2025. Pauline passed away in the exceptional care of the ICU staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
A Loving Family Remembered
Pauline was the beloved wife of the late Pedro and the cherished daughter of the late Dermot and Kathleen (Kay) Solon (née Foley). She was predeceased by her siblings Jacqueline and Brian, who both tragically passed in infancy. Pauline will be remembered with love by her surviving family, including her siblings Derry, Paddy, Kevin, and her sister-in-law Margharita. She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews: Claire, Gemma, Dermot, Brian, Elaina, Kate, Rachel, Daniel, and Áine, as well as her grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours, and close friends.
A Life Cherished and Remembered
Pauline’s warmth, kindness, and love for her family will never be forgotten. She will be forever in the hearts of those who knew her and loved her, and her memory will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
Funeral Arrangements
In accordance with Pauline’s wishes, her cremation will take place privately. A ceremony to celebrate her life will be held in the coming days. Family flowers only, please.
