The Passing Has Occurred of Seamus Creegan from Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh on 14 April 2025

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Seamus Creegan, late of 107 Derrin Road, Enniskillen, and formerly of Dame Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. Seamus passed away on Monday, 14th April 2025, in the compassionate care of the staff at the South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), Enniskillen.

A Life Remembered

Seamus was a man of quiet strength, known for his kindness, humility, and loyalty to those he loved. A beloved brother, uncle, and friend, he will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a proud native of Enniskillen and lived his life with integrity, generosity, and deep-rooted values shaped by faith, family, and community.

Cherished Family Bonds

Seamus was the dear brother of Anna Hussey, who resides in England, and brother-in-law to June Creegan of Kinarla Park, Enniskillen. He was predeceased by his loving parents, James and Catherine Creegan, along with his brothers Tom and John, his sister Margaret, and his in-laws Nobby and June.

He was a much-loved uncle and will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, and extended family circle. Seamus held a special place in the hearts of his many friends and neighbours, all of whom will deeply mourn his loss.

Funeral Arrangements

Seamus’s remains will repose at Ballycasidy House Funeral Home, 101 Killadeas Road, Enniskillen, on Wednesday, 16th April, from 11:00am to 12:15pm. Removal will take place afterwards to St. Michael’s Church, Darling Street, Enniskillen, for 1:00pm Requiem Mass.

Following the Mass, interment will take place at Breandrum Cemetery, where Seamus will be laid to rest alongside his late family members.

Deeply Missed

Seamus’s passing leaves a quiet emptiness in the hearts of those closest to him. He will be remembered for his warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to his loved ones. His presence will be sorely missed but his memory will forever live on in the stories, laughter, and love he leaves behind.

A Final Blessing

As we bid farewell to Seamus, we hold on to the belief that he has found eternal peace. May the Lord welcome him into His arms and grant him the rest he so richly deserves.
